Salary:

Planning & Logistics Director leads the distribution and sales planning, synthesizing and planning the material needs of the whole system, coordinating the coordination between the planning departments in the corporation ( product demand plan, production plan, raw material procurement plan for production, product consumption plan), organization management and ensuring the efficiency of logistics, transportation services, company's logistics system.

Main Responsibilities:

1/Management of planning

- Manage the demand planning process on product categories, short-term and long-term estimates based on market parameters

-Synthesize and plan raw material needs for production of the whole system based on production plans of factories

-Analyze relevant data, simulate market and product scenarios for decision making

-Coordinate with the planning department of BUs (farm, production, purchasing, distribution) to ensure the plan on time, volume, and optimize the use of resources , equipment, finance and best meet the needs of customers and the market

-Work closely with Sales, R&D in planning and executing new

product activation/promotion, planning/managing stages of product lifecycle.

Work closely with ISC, Factory, Logistics, Distribution to assess production needs/plan against inventory, calculate capacity and external factors

-Research and implement initiatives in supply chain management to improve efficiency, cost, reduce waste and achieve other lean

principles

2/Management of warehouses and distribution centers:

-Manage the activities of warehouses to cope with GSP standard and meet the delivery requirement

-Manage inventory accuracy & inventory information transfer

-Control operation cost of warehouse & regional distribution centers

-Study locations & establish new distribution centers to meet the delivery requirements

-KPIs: Inventory Record Accuracy, Number of cartons handled per man day, SHE (Safety, Hygien & Environment)

3/Management of order processing & customer services:

-Manage the order acceptance

-Manage process of invoicing

-Handle with customer complaints & feedbacks

4/ Management of transportation & delivery:

-Setup transportation mode for each routing

-Provide on time & in full delivery

-Optimize transportation & delivery cost

-Manage cash collection for COD customers

-KPIs: % of orders delivered on time, % of orders delivered in full, numbers of customer complaints, delivery cost per carton, delivery cost per order per kilometer, goods return rate.

Knowledge & Skills

Minimum 5+ years experience as Planning and Logistics Manager, FMCG field is preferable
Detailed knowledge of planning principles.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a warehouse/distribution environment.
PC Skills including knowledge of SAP, SAP Warehouse Management, Excel, APO
Experience of Leading and managing a team
Experience of operating within a culture of continuous improvement and managing continuous improvement programmes.
Good motivational skills
Coaching, Development and Organisational Skills
Effective Communication skills
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
