Core Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a mid-term 3 -8 weeks production schedule by using the capacity plan, material constraints, and demand as inputs.
- Be responsible for short/mid-term planning to drive manufacturing investment decisions.
- Provide visibility on mid-term and long term capacity utilization and stock level.
- Analyze demand changes to ensure supply aligns with demand requirements and supply capacity.
- Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate any short or long term gaps in supply plans.
- Clearly communicate our manufacturing partner's current production status to related stakeholders.
- Work closely with Regional Supply Planning team to deploy the demand/supply plan within the APAC Region.
- Co-ordinate production solution for new production introductions (Novelty) through end of life (Exit) that balances supply and demand
- Be responsible for supply planning reporting in Power BI.
- Create a performance report for management to review.
- Monitor and collect data from current operations, including scheduling, production, and delivery.
- Gather data on each step within the plant operation, using it to recommend changes to reduce time and costs.
- Investigate painful points within the process and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies.
- Analyze demand changes to ensure supply aligns with demand requirements and supply capacity.
- Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate any short- or long-term gaps in supply plans.
- Clearly communicate our manufacturing partner's current production status to related stakeholders.
- Support department initiatives that drive improvements in process and capabilities throughout the organization. Identify opportunities to improve the planning process and drive projects to completion.
- Ensure good communication and integration with other planning team, shop floor planner, shipping and other stakeholders.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

You are also responsible for providing all analyst support within the Planning & Shipping operation - advance information of plans, monitoring and reporting progress, etc.
The Planning Analyst is responsible for production planning and reporting system for LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam. Planning Specialists are connected in the planning workflow and LEGO group KPI.

Yêu cầu
Do you have what it takes?
- Prefer candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Industrial Systems Engineering or Finance/Accounting Management.
- 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain management, production planning, Planning Data Analyst or Digitalization.
- VBA knowledge is a must.
- Basic knowledge of Information Technology and Proficiency in Office Application (MS Office/Power BI); IT background is a plus.
- Experience in SAP system (Planning Parameter control) and Data analysis tools is a plus.
- Good knowledge of S&OP Process.
- Strong communication & inter-personal skills, able to work under pressure.
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills
- Proven record in professional working style with demonstrated ability provide support effectively, also in a matrix environment - working with large cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
- Good with numbers and attention to details.

Tập đoàn này đang tiến thêm một bước để hướng đến việc hoàn thành xây dựng nhà máy trị giá 1,3 tỷ USD tại Việt Nam. Ngoài ra, Lego cũng đang chuẩn bị lao động, nhân sự để vận hành nhà máy và dự kiến sẽ có khoảng 100 người được tuyển dụng trong những tháng cuối năm 2023 và tăng lên 500 người trong năm 2024 để đảm bảo đi vào sản xuất trong nửa cuối năm 2024.
