Objective:
As a Planning Business Partner Executive, you will support daily planning and performance management operations by maintaining planning data, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal departments. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of planning information and supporting the execution of planning processes across the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Supporting the preparation and consolidation of budgets, forecasts, business plans, and periodic performance reports.
· Collecting, validating, and maintaining business and financial data from various departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
· Preparing regular reports and presentations for management review and internal meetings.
· Coordinating with internal stakeholders to follow up on planning submissions, data requests, and reporting timelines.
· Maintaining templates, reporting files, and databases to support planning and performance tracking activities.
· Monitoring actual results against plans and highlighting data variances for further review.
· Supporting the implementation of planning procedures, guidelines, and reporting standards.
· Assisting in ad-hoc analyses, presentations, and administrative tasks related to planning and business performance management.
· Performing other duties assigned by the Center Head.
Yêu cầu
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
· 1-2 years of experience in Business Planning, Management Accounting, Finance, or other related functions.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to consolidate, analyze, and present data accurately.
· Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to work on operational tasks including data consolidation, validation, cleansing, and report preparation.
· Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
· Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
