Mô tả công việc

Manage the entire Planning team.
Assign tasks appropriately, ensuring effective coordination among individuals and sub-teams; proactively prevent and resolve any internal conflicts that may arise during operations.
Oversee and refine the proposal production process, from receiving the client's brief to delivering a finalized version ready for presentation or pitching.
Attend or delegate staff to attend client meetings for company credentials presentations, brief collection, and proposal pitching.
Receive requests from Account teams and form proposal development teams (including content writers and designers).
Organize or assign personnel to conduct brainstorming sessions, design briefings, and proposal writing.
Supervise and assess the quality and progress of team members' work, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and comply with established processes.
Achieve assigned KPIs, including: number of proposals delivered, pitch win rate, and client satisfaction (including internal clients).
Report directly to the Managing Director.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related fields (minimum of vocational/college graduation required).
Strong skills in planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication, proposal writing, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
Creative, quick-thinking, and adaptable in generating ideas and solutions for projects.
Proficient in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Event Management.
Prior experience in an agency environment is preferred.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and accurate in work.
Cooperative, supportive, and team-oriented mindset.
Willing to travel and work outside regular hours as required by projects.
