Production Planning & Material Coordination
Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts to meet customer requirements.
Determine required materials and generate purchase order requests.
Ensure consistent and adequate material supply for production.
Schedule and oversee the supply and delivery of materials.
Inventory, Capacity & Production Monitoring
Manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
Determine manpower and equipment needed to cover production demand.
Monitor jobs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Track output information, including finished product quantity and defect percentage.
Monitor inventory levels and analyze gaps between plan and actual performance.
Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting
Communicate with internal departments regarding production schedules and deadlines.
Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams to arrange finished product delivery to customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Maintenance, Production, Quality Control, and Warehouse.
Prepare and submit status and performance reports.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as Planning Manager or Planning Supervisor; warehouse management experience is required.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
Experience with MRP II / Manufacturing Resource Planning.
Good Excel skills and working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Good mathematics and statistics capability.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in the feed or food industry is preferred.
Logistics experience is an advantage.

Able to communicate in English.
