Planning & Procurement StaffPiaggio Vietnam Co., Ltd (PVN)

• Make planning forecast for Spare parts & Accessories to match customers' demand and catch the budget's stock
• Check with the development team for new models and related parties to maintain master data and keep first stock for maintenance service
• Collaborate with related parties to define the last lot for phased-out parts/models if needed
• Be in charge of daily procurement requirements such as planning, scheduling, etc.
• Keep track of purchase order deliveries and promptly inform the suppliers and get the deliveries on time
• Negotiate with suppliers to define the supply quantity and request delivery date before placing orders
• Research the supply capacities and request/ suggest alternative supply sources to the Purchasing Department (localization activities, internal supplies, intercompany supplies...)
• Receive the customers' orders and communicate with suppliers to push the delivery, to minimize the back order
• Manage weekly backorder reports to markets
• Manage other reports assigned by line manager
