1. Planning activites:
• Make planning forecast for Spare parts, and accessories to match with customers' demand and catch the budget's stock.
• Check with the development team for new models and related parties to maintain master data and keep first stock for maintenance service.
• Collaborate with related parties to define the last lot for phased-out parts/models if needed.
• Establish & train Demand planning courses to key partners in the APAC region regularly to make
sure they will have the ability to make.
2. Procurement activites:
• Be in charge of daily procurement requirements such as planning, scheduling, etc.
• Keep track of purchase order deliveries and promptly inform the suppliers and get the deliveries on time.
• Negotiate with suppliers to define the supply quantity and request delivery date before placing orders.
• Research the supply capacities and request/suggest alternative supply sources to the
PurchasingDepartment (localization activities, internal supplies, intercompany supplies...).
• Receive the customers' orders and communicate with suppliers to push the delivery, to minimize the back order.
3. Reports:
• Weekly back-order report to markets (PAP/VN/Indo/P&C).
• Monthly backorder report to manage the KPI backorder level.
• Other reports and tasks assigned by line manager when needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Merchandising is an
advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Good English skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate with international suppliers
and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, patient, self-motivated, customer-service minded, and capable of working in a fastpaced, cross-functional environment.
