At our company, planners are more than schedulers. They are coordinators, communicators, and problem-solvers who ensure business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
And now, we are looking for a Planning Staff (11.5 months) to join our team. This is your chance to work directly with Korean executives, gain hands-on experience in planning and reporting, and sharpen your analytical skills in a dynamic, international environment. Korean language proficiency is a strong advantage, giving you the opportunity to build deeper connections and learn directly from leadership. Even without extensive planning experience, if you are eager to learn, collaborate, and grow, this role is the perfect stage for you.
Prepare and manage periodic business performance reports.
Analyze monthly sales performance data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reports.
Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests from management and sales teams.
Yêu cầu
1-2 years of experience in data management, reporting, or a related field is preferred.
Korean language proficiency is a strong advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP preferred)
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with international leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Interest in data analysis and a willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
