Plant Director - Apparel Manufacturing - Vietnam

You will lead the production activities with objectives in meeting customer's requirements (design, process, quality improvement) and in maximising the factories profit. This position will also have the responsibility in organisation talent development for the company long term growth.
Description
They key Roles and Responsibilities for this role are:
* Business Strategy Planning: five-year business plan, annual budget plan, resources planning and allocation, CSR, production lead time reduction, quality initiatives...
* Factory operations and manufacturing management: Work and provide guidance to all department heads on risks management, daily operations, CSR, employee engagement
* Order Fulfilment: right quality, right time, right cost
* Product and Process Engineer/ Innovation
* Organisation and Talent Development
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: clients, local authorities, and local communities
Profile
The ideal candidate is whom having:
* At least 10 years experience in similar positions in garment manufacturing environment.
* P&L management.
* Strong leadership skills (across functions).
* Entrepreneur mindset.
* Handling pressure in a fast moving production environment
* Business Results Oriented.
* Relationship management.
* People management.
