Utilities Systems Supervision & Operational Control:
Oversee day-to-day operations and functional readiness of key plant infrastructure, including Biomass Boilers, Water Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU), and industrial Air Compressors.
Monitor and regulate industrial gas supply lines and chemical systems, specifically Natural Gas (NG), Liquid CO2 (LCO2), Liquid Nitrogen (LN2), and Caustic distribution.
Direct and supervise a technical team of approximately 10 operators and technicians to maintain continuous, uninterrupted facility services for manufacturing operations.
Water Treatment & Environmental Compliance Management:
Supervise industrial water filtration setups (Reverse Osmosis - RO, Ultrafiltration - UF) along with the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
Regulate chemical dosing parameters and water condition metrics to guarantee environmental standard compliance and optimal chemical consumption.
Execute risk evaluations, implement safety standards, and ensure strict alignment with environmental regulations and corporate protocols.
Equipment Maintenance, Optimization & Cost Reduction:
Coordinate corrective, scheduled preventive, and predictive maintenance programs across all utility assets in conjunction with internal technicians and external contractors.
Identify operational bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting equipment reliability while minimizing energy usage and maintenance expenses.
Analyze operational data trends, prepare periodic performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly), and report directly to the Utilities Supervisor and Department Manager.
Requirement
Gender & Age: Male; between 30 and 40 years old (Local or nearby residents preferred).
Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc. / B.Eng.) strictly required (College diplomas not accepted) in Environmental Engineering, Thermal/Heat Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 02 years of hands-on experience in a similar capacity managing factory utilities within industrial manufacturing facilities.
In-depth technical expertise in boiler operations, heat exchangers, industrial refrigeration, compressed air systems, and water treatment chemistry.
Proven track record in supervising technical staff (technicians/operators) and managing third-party maintenance contractors.
Languages & Core Competencies:
English: High fluency in professional communication and technical writing (Direct reporting line to an Expat Department Manager).
Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving mindset, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
