- Handle daily incoming and outgoing documents requiring approval from management or authorized signatories, in accordance with company regulations and established procedures.
- Check, review, and manage documents requiring the company seal, ensuring compliance with internal and external correspondence policies and applicable Central - Directives.
- Coordinate the quarterly tracking, preparation, documentation, and presentation of compliance gratuities reports and charts.
- Systematize, organize, and archive contracts, agreements, and other important documents in line with the company's data management and data protection requirements.
- Translate business documents between Vietnamese and English when required.
- Provide administrative support for company events, Plant wide visitors, and other assigned tasks, depending on business needs and demonstrated performance.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Final-year student majoring in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, patient, willing to learn, and equipped with good communication skills.
