- Lead production & material planning, inventory control
- Create and maintain production schedules
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, warehouse)
- Analyze production data to improve efficiency & workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience in production planning & material management
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (scheduling & inventory)
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Vietnamese is a plus)
- Experience in manufacturing (sheet metal, injection molding, assembly) preferred
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 = advantage

Working schedule: 22 days/month. Làm việc 22 ngày/tháng
Every three months for bonuses. 3 tháng tính thưởng 1 lần
