Role

PMO Specialist

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience managing Project Management activities working in multinational environment.
Supports PMO and project managers in various SAP initiatives, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.
Manages project resources effectively, tracking allocation and ensuring optimal utilization.
Creates and maintains project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Facilitates communication between project stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of progress and potential roadblocks.
Monitors project risks and develops mitigation plans to address them proactively.
Analyses project data and generates reports to provide insights for management decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

Supporting Project Delivery: Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects according to established PMO methodologies.
Help develop project documentation like charters, schedules, and risk assessments.
Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues to the project manager.
Manage project resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of personnel, equipment, and budget.
Ensuring Compliance and Governance: Maintain project documentation according to PMO standards and ensure adherence to established processes.
Monitor project risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
Track project compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Contribute to audits and reviews related to project management practices.
Communication and Reporting: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and executives.
Generate reports on project health, status updates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Compile and analyze project data to provide insights for decision-making.
