Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Polymer Research and Development Engineer ($1900, ID20068)
Develop and optimize formulations for composite materials
Design and execute material property testing plans
Set up and optimize extrusion process parameters
Demonstrate solid understanding of injection molding operations
Support scale-up activities and mass production processes
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of compounding-related issues
Coordinate effectively with external compounding vendors
Requirement
Male/Female, under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related fields
Minimum 10 years of R&D experience in the chemical industry, with mandatory expertise in Polymer Compounding
Preferred experience in companies producing compounds for automotive and home appliance applications
Solid understanding of standard testing methods (ISO/ASTM)
Good communication skills in English
