- Register trailers/workers, equipments... etc entry/out of port.
- Make PR for
purchasing material.
- Support for release the equipment system (MRO warehouse).
- Make the letter's response and dispatches to Authorities.
- Monitoring/supervising and collecting Port fee (berthing fee, supplying fee, .. etc).
- Scheduling the shift schedule for department, summary the documents to submit to H&R dept (annual leave, OT, milk distribution [protected info]).
- Making the monthly report of Lgistics cost.
- Make the daily report: scrap trailer's GPS (checking and monitoring GPS) and water using.
- Outsource service for Port operation.
- Monthly payment for book closing in ERP system.
- Support and collect port documents (ROROC, NOA, ... etc which is related to vessel).
- Make the Permit to enter vessel [protected info].
- Can go to the field to support port operations when needed.
- Other tasks by manager department
- University graduate, major in International Logistics, International Economics or relevant fields.
- Have 03-05 years' experience in relevant position
- Good skill in using Microsoft Office (Excel especially).
- Good at speaking English
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working at a port.
