Portfolio Project Management

* General Scope
This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of SKL's real estate development projects, from inception through completion and operational handover. The role requires strong execution capabilities in oversight and coordination to ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on time, operate efficiently within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
* Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination
• Participate in developing business plans and Project Development Estimate (PDE).
• Tracking & monitoring working budget as well as Project performance and progress.
• Coordinating with external partners, consultants and authorities on the Project development.
• Coordinating with departments to settle the arising issues relevant to the assigned portfolio including the the Report of PCG meeting monthly.
• Supporting PFMD in making strategic decisions or solving issues.
• Managing portfolios to align with financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Managing the PFM executive staff.
2. Others
• Other tasks/report as being required by PFM Senior Director.
* Working conditions
• Working Time: 8:00am - 6:00pm, Mon - Fri;
• Working overtime is available in accordance with the working demand or request from the Manager;
• Working equipment: one laptop and 01 email account;
