Mô tả công việc

1. Project:

Design & Construction Project for all E&M System (Rolling Stock, Signaling, Telecommunication, Power Supply, OCS, Track work, PSD, AFC, Depot & Workshop Equipment, F-SCADA, Signage & Graphics) for New MRT Line-1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

2. Responsible & Job Details;

Testing and Commissioning
- The supposed works are as below:
  - Testing, commissioning and maintenance work related to substations of Power Supply System including, but not limited to, transformers, GIS, MV(medium voltage)/LV(low voltage) switchgears/switchboards, protection panels, and SCADA, at the site
  - Go to site as a supervisor during construction & installation phase and testing & commissioning phase relating substations of Power Supply System
  - Support for Hitachi's installation and commissioning work
Documentation and Preparation for Testing and Commissioning
- The supposed works are as below:
  - Preparation and submission of any document in English and Vietnamese related to electrical issues for this project
  - Translation of Vietnamese/English document to English/Vietnamese document
  - Support for Hitachi's documentation work for submission to client
  - Study and advice related to Vietnamese law, decree, regulation and Power Company's regulation
  - Interpreter during the meeting with third parties
Others

Yêu cầu

Gender : Male
Good English (both written and spoken) skills and communication skills
Computer Skills: MS Office
Experiences :
- Level 1 Practicing certificate _ supervision of electrical equipment installation at site
- At least 7 working experience in working of electrical/power supply for E&M construction projects as Electrical Engineer is mandatory.
- Experience in working related to a HV(high voltage)/MV substation is preferred. (There is no restriction on the kind of substations, e.g. for buildings, for factory, for power company.)
- Experience in working for Testing and Commissioning for electrical works
- Experience in working related to power companies
Technical Skills
- Electrical engineering knowledge is a must
- Skill for testing control circuits is preferred.
University Degree, Bachelor Degree, major in Electrical Engineering (High/medium voltage), preferably graduated from HCMC University of Technology
Good report and letter writing, communication and presentation skills.
Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to pay attention to details.
