Description
- Report directly to Electrical Engineer.
- Perform and involve in project of electrical equipment installation assigned by Electrical Engineer.
- Execute all PM plans assigned by engineer. Ensure the quality of PM meet with standard.
- Inspect the equipment with proper instruments such as temperature testing, Multimeter, noise tester, ...
- Responsibility for maintaining genset, transformer, electrical power distributor, ATS, Solar PV Roof top ...
- Perform all Corrective maintenance for facility electrical system.
- Inspects systems and electrical parts to detect hazards, defects, and need for adjustments or repair.
- Implement layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures consistent with specifications and local codes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of assigned work order from electrical engineer in daily job and weekly job.
- Perform daily checking and record parameter for genset, transformer, electrical power distributor, ATS, Solar PV Roof top system, etc.
- Perform daily PM, weekly PM, yearly PM for above equipment as plan.
- Records all checklist (daily checklist, PM checklist, history of equipment).
- Calculate the material that need for the project as machine re-layout, new machine installation (electrical wiring, cabinet, ...)
- Weekly check the ATS system (Main power, ATS cabinet, Generator) by test run with no load and full load.
- Carry out the O&M of solar PV system.
- Efficient use of the materials, equipment, spare part, hand tools . . .
- Monitoring of outsource works from supplier, vendor and ensure the job is completed in
- accordance with technical standard and safety.
- Involved in the improvement projects.
- To support of other department workers when needed.
- Other tasks assigned by electrical engineer.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Education:
- Vocational school or college graduate in Electrical Engineering
- Experience:
- 2 years of experience in electrical facility equipment maintenance.
- Building, ATS, transformer, generator, solar PV.
- Electrical standard
- Have experience to work for foreign owned manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of:
- Electric wiring installation standard
- Grounding system standards
- Inspection.
