Mô tả công việc

Consult process for the project team; apply the tailoring company process to adapt with the specific project needs.
Perform audit to assure the project team follows the defined process, detect risk/issue from QA's view and work directly to PM & higher managers (Delivery manager, head of division) to prevent the risk and resolve the issue.
Consult and ensure the quality of software package to get customer satisfaction
Train/share processes, lessons learned to project, division and company level
Collect, analyse the measurement data at project, division level; Suggest improvements and optimizations based on data
Support QAM in coaching and develop QA team to build strong competency
Support QAM in identifying the training requirements and providing process training to staff who handle the product, service.
Ability to lead a sub-team (size 5-7 members)
Other tasks assigned

Yêu cầu

Good at English Skills, at least Reading and Writing skills
Have experience in software process or knowledge about software process in at least 5 years (Agile, Scrum is advantage)
Have experience in Jira, excel
Hardworking and careful.
Participated in key software projects (new customer, new process, new technology, large team size...)
Have experience in CMMI appraisal
Experienced in coding/ testing area is a plus point
