This position works closely with the CTO/PMO Head and their department to ensure that all projects follow the smoothly regulated process of product development. This position directly reports to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Share responsibility with the PMO for establishing a comprehensive set of project process assessments, policies, regulations, and criteria to apply across all technology development projects.
- Monitor overall project performance from initiation through to post-release satisfaction assessment.
- Identify inefficiencies during project execution, develop corrective action plans, and propose optimal solutions before, during, and after project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to time, resources, UTA (User Test Acceptance), policies, and procedures.
- Ensure project sustainability
- Lead and manage the QA department, evaluate performance, recommend training and development, resolve conflicts, and build a positive work environment.
Yêu cầu
- Have at least 10 years of QA specialization, including 5 years of experience in a similar position and 2 years in Banking/ Finance projects.
- Experience in process definition, project audit, and improvement in the IT field.
- Strong expertise in CMMI and ISO standards with proven ability to apply them to enhance processes, improve quality, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of project management, software development processes, and software development methodologies like Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
- Good ability at data collection and analysis.
- Excellent time management, planning, and document compiling.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
- Excellent training skills
- Proficient in English.
