PR Manager

As the main unit of the MVV Group, with the task of creating and strategic planning, MVV SnP identifies customer requirements, develops communication strategies, and coordinates with other member companies to ensure brand are constantly evolving, consolidating bonds with consumers. Job Descriptions:
A PR Manager has the ability and experience to play a primary implementation role in clients work. He/she must have a good understanding about integrated communications, including Public relations, ATL and BTL Brand activations, Productions...; be able to handle direct client contact and have the potential to become a good program developer, presenter and counselor.
· Perform day-to-day account work which may include: drafting a wide range of written materials, coordinating events, maintaining client and media contact, managing projects performed with and by others and supervising more junior staff.
· Present plan idea and propose cost in pitching process.
· Manage from planning to execution of project to ensure client requests are met in a timely.
· Proactively communicate with client, be responsible to keep update and report project status at every stage.
· Own and manage agency-client relationship, address client and team challenges constructively, grow the client relationship.
· Develop sound PR strategies, execution, content and media plans.
· Crisis management (traditional & online channels).
· Help to motivate and develop junior staff, ensuring correct standards for all work are carried out and that they feel respected, listened to and recognized through regular performance reviews.. Report directly to Account Director.
· Manage PR content & media activities, including press conference, press releases, Q&As, media pitches, media trip, etc.
· Establish and maintain the PR networking through media briefing and informal gathering to strengthen relationship and raise appropriate PR activities and enable diversified and innovative PR format.
Professional Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration or related studies.
· At least 4 years PR experience (past experience working for PR Agency is a plus)
· A creative mind and adept at content creation for the various PR channels
· Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
· The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level.
· Strong orientation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
