Key Responsibilities
Develop annual social media plans and execute quarterly and monthly activities for local and international markets.
Create engaging content in Vietnamese and English, and manage the company's LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant digital channels.
Develop creative ideas and scripts for short-form videos on TikTok, Reels, and other platforms.
Execute SEO and digital advertising activities to increase brand awareness, reach target audiences, and generate B2B leads.
Create basic visual assets, social media graphics, banners, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and external agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend improvements to content, budget allocation, and conversion rates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in marketing,
digital marketing, or a similar role; B2B or IT industry experience is an advantage.
Good Vietnamese and English writing skills, with the ability to create content for international audiences.
Hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, SEO, and digital advertising.
Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
Strong communication, planning, and project coordination skills.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple marketing activities independently
