MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

Content - PR & Social

• Manage the company's social media pages. Build, manage content (including writing content, presenting content, ideas about images) on Fanpage, Website.
• Coordinate with the team to plan detailed content for the company's Fanpages. Develop content - write articles to take care of Fanpage, website...
• Responsible for producing communication content (Digital/Offline, ...) such as articles, video ideas/ images, ...
• Write PR articles according to the requested content.
• Participate in building and managing Marketing campaigns with the team, contribute creative content ideas for Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Edit communication content on the company's communication channels (Content news on the website, Content on social media, Email, external PR content, Seeding content, etc.).
• Expand untapped channels if any.
• Perform tasks as directed directly by the department head and the Leadership Board....

Develop Website - Inbound:

• Manage content display, images on the company's website, ensuring that image content is always updated.
• Research, supplement, and improve the set of Key Words and optimize SEO-Onpage for the company's website and landing page.
• Optimize the effectiveness of website conversion (brand recognition, SEO onpage, UX UI, Traffic flow,...)
• Plan the content of online and offline seminar programs
• Implement communication and operation plans for educational events on both online and offline platforms with the team
• Support events under assignment of line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• Graduated from university with Marketing management degrees, Communications or related field
• At least three-year experience
• Experienced in community development on social networks, forums, etc.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Good skill of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Knowing how to use basic design software like Canva and edit short clips with tools such as CapCut or similar software is an advantage.
• Creative and trend-catching
• Good writing skills across multiple platforms, deep understanding of journalism content regulations, press releases, meticulous attention to detail, ability to present ideas and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work well independently.
• Ability to collaborate, coordinate and work in teams.
