• Be responsible for pre-sales support for business customers in China market.
• Answer customer calls, respond to customer inquiries, identify their
purchasing needs, assist them in online purchases, and contribute to the company's sales performance.
• Chat simultaneously with multiple customers online, type quickly, handle customer issues promptly, identify potential purchasing needs, and assist customers in completing online purchase.
• Provide a high-quality customer service experience, accurately record customer needs, and promptly submit them to the subsequent sales department for follow-up.
• Work closely with team members to solve problems together; maintain high efficiency under pressure.
• Have an understanding and familiarity with Chinese culture; those with relevant life or work experience in China are preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese speaking, listening, reading and writing.
• Good English reading and writing skills, and proficient in using office software.
• Candidates with relevant experience in customer service or sales are preferred.
• Strong learning ability and excellent communication skills.
• Able to handle work pressure and complete tasks efficiently.
