Job Summary:
Assure the readiness of facility, machines, equipment for Production operation, to assure the facility, machines, and equipment are used in safe, efficient manner and complied fully with local regulations & laws of health & safety.
Responsibilities:
Lead the PM team and provide technical support to production department
Responsible for line balance/line layout/line stoppage following up
Verify manufacturing process flow, process routing and routing cost
Trouble shooting with related department
Responsible for Kaizen program for continuous improvement, optimum production and consistency quality levels and efficiency/ Measure the performance of the current process; analyze current performance to identify best practices and root causes
Daily defectives trouble shooting and in-process quality improvement and control;
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, overhaul for Plant facility, machine and equipment
Plan, design and implement optimal assembly and process control fixtures and equipment for current and new models using poka yoke discipline
Plan, design and implement Standard Operating Procedure or Work Instruction using layman's term discipline.
Responsible for renovation, layout, and installing and testing machines and equipment in the plant, including the transfer of knowledge to use
Monitor & control spare part, equipment and consumable level
This position will be based in SHTP Factory, District 9, HCMC. Shuttle bus from District 1,10,7,11,12,Hoc Moc, Go Vap, BInh Thanh, Thu Duc/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.

Academic:
BS degree in Engineering or Sciences, prefer from the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, strong analytical skills, scheming and organizational skills
Good cooperation and management skills, teamwork oriented, proactive/initiative attitudes, can work independently with high pressure
Fluent spoken and written English
Years of experience: 6-8 years or above working experience of Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
Special knowledge: Perfect in using MS office and familiar with AutoCad software
Other skills: Problem solving and analytical skills
