Pricing Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose or Summary:
Pricing analyst will support Finance Department in analyzing competitor pricing matched with market expectations to determine the ideal target price for products of the business.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide pricing analysis for management.
Perform margin and pricing analysis in order to support business initiatives.
Monitor and update commercial price lists
Validate commercial price lists for accuracy and profitability
Develop a system of communication, documentation and review of internal and external comparative pricing data
Identify opportunities to optimize sales and profitability through pricing strategies
Consult with trading and marketing teams to develop suitable pricing strategies
Lead and co-ordinate the pricing database and activities for new and existing products.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years of working experience as a pricing/ financial analyst.
Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel), Power BI
Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical or retail industry is a plus.
Good analysis, research skills and synthetic/report skills
Logical/Methodological skills
Dynamic, hardworking, responsible, "can do" attitude.
