Prepare all sales data and reports and to ensure all Sales and Trade programs are properly tracked and followed up. This Job holder is also to assist Pricing and Rebates Manager in term of rebate management, facilitate
Trade Marketing activities internally.
1. Prepare Channel promotion and activities as approved plan
• Prepare all relevant data to input in Trade promotion
• Keep track all agreement between Sales and Marketing and within Sales department
• Timely update the progress of Trade promotion
• Facilitate rebate payment to customers with relevant departments
• Align our programs with requirement of VN Trade Code
• Basic analysis for budget based on actual data
• Logistics for Win - Win
2. Timely reporting
• Do timetable sales reports : daily sales report, daily pending reports, customers performance, market information
• Manually process rebate payment against system to ensure right payment to customers
• Consolidate Trade inventory with Sales team
• Track and updated actual performance vs targets of both sales force and customers
• Provide sales and trade information, competitor activities for necessary actions
• Update execution of channel activities
• Align & send report to other for move forward
• Update report of retailer volume based on activities of sell in
3. System and processes
• Perform admin works: document filing and Trade letter communication
• Create master customer data in the system and ensure data to be updated as agreed schedule
• Process Trade programs in the system to ensure right outcome
• Promptly raise up outstanding issues to related department to improve internal processes
