Mô tả công việc
- Build and maintain good relationships with foreign agents, air and ocean carriers, co-loaders, trucking companies... and other suppliers to get the best support on prices and services.
- Making quotation to offer rates to agents, customers when needed
- Check prices, analyze quotes, actively negotiate tariffs to come up with a competitive costing plan for the Sales Department.
- Co-ordinate with operation team to support on the rates and space issues in time
- Consolidate rates & schedules & other info from carriers to update team and customers when needed
- Search and sign the Agreement with the new Agent or Vendor.
- Develop, implement, and report daily, weekly and monthly work plans and results to the Head of Department.
- Other jobs as assigned by Manager
Yêu cầu
- At least 3 - 5 experience years in logistics/Freight Forwarder
- College / University Foreign Trade, Foreign Economic or relevant field.
- Experienced in building good relationship with Agents
- Good communication and negotiation. Possess good research, analysis and synthesis skills.
- Careful, honest, with a high sense of responsibility.
- English communication.
