pricing/ Sourcing Specialist

Responsibility:
• Sourcing new suppliers (in the plastic field like manufacturers and traders...) and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
• Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company.
• Obtaining quotes from different suppliers everyday.
• Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negotiation.
• Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
• Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
• Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing.
• Updating, Reading and analyzing the news/reports of all markets every everyday/every week to set up the price to sales to offer to customers that reflect the market price and ensure the profit of the company.
• Analyzing the report and update the markets everyday to forecast the market trend and propose the pricing strategy to the management board.
• Making the pricing list of all products and updates to sales team everyday according to the updated price from sources and fluctuation of the market.
