• Tiếp nhận yêu cầu báo giá từ bộ phận Sales, Đại lý nước ngoài và khách hàng, phân tích nhu cầu để đưa ra báo giá phù hợp và kịp thời
- Nhận hợp đồng giá từ công ty mẹ và cập nhật kịp thời vào bảng giá nội bộ cho hàng đi Mỹ, Canada
• Làm việc trực tiếp với các Carriers, Airlines, Co-loader và các đối tác vận tải để lấy giá tốt và cập nhật lịch tàu/chuyến bay ( đối với hàng Air và non-US)
• Tính toán chi phí vận tải quốc tế, trucking, local charges, phí THC, CFS... để lên báo giá tổng thể.
• Theo dõi và thường xuyên cập nhật biến động thị trường về giá, phụ phí, tình trạng chỗ...
• Cập nhật và duy trì bảng giá nội bộ (rate sheet) theo ngày/tuần/tháng
• Phối hợp với bộ phận OPS và Sales để hỗ trợ các vấn đề liên quan đến booking, lịch tàu/chuyến bay hoặc khi có thay đổi giá.
• Receive rate requests from Sales team, Agents and customers, analyze requirements, and provide the best price.
- Receive contract from signed offices and update to pricing table for US and Canada routing
• Work directly with carriers, airlines, co-loaders, and transportation partners to obtain competitive rates and updated sailing/flight schedules ( air and non-US trade)
• Calculate international freight charges, trucking fees, local charges, THC, CFS, and other related costs to prepare comprehensive quotations.
• Monitor market fluctuations including freight rates, capacity, surcharges (BAF, CAF, GRI, PSS...), congestion situations...
• Update and maintain internal rate sheets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
• Cooperate with OPS and Sales teams to support issues related to bookings, vessel/flight schedules, or rate adjustments.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Tối thiểu 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm làm Pricing Operator SEA/AIR các tuyến Mỹ, EU, Canada, Asia tại các công ty Forwarder (sea/air).
• Có mối quan hệ tốt với hãng tàu/airline là một lợi thế.
• Hiểu rõ Incoterms, quy trình vận tải quốc tế, quy định xuất nhập khẩu.
• Khả năng phân tích chi phí, tính giá nhanh và chính xác.
• Kỹ năng Excel tốt (Vlookup, Pivot là lợi thế).
•
Tiếng Anh yêu cầu giao tiếp tốt (đọc hiểu hợp đồng giá, báo giá, trao đổi với carriers/overseas).
• Minimum 3-5 year experience as a Pricing Operator for TP Trade, Canada, EU, [protected info] a freight forwarder (sea/air).
• Closed relationships with carriers or airlines are an advantage.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms, international transportation procedures, and import/export regulations.
• Strong cost analysis skills with the ability to calculate pricing quickly and accurately.
• Proficient in Excel
• Good English communication skills, especially in reading contract, quotations and working with carriers/overseas partners.
