Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Primary Assistant to support the Vice Principal in daily administrative, academic, and communication tasks within the school.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support, data entry, and maintain records on internal systems
• Draft, manage, and respond to emails; communicate effectively with parents
• Collect, manage, and report data accurately
• Support academic coordination and timetable preparation
• Research and compile information on international competitions
• Welcome and assist parents and visitors at the school
• Support event organization and provide interpretation when required
• Prepare certificates and documentation for school activities
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the School Leadership Team
Yêu cầu
Requirements
• At least 3 experiences in a similar
• Strong organizational and task management skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Detail-oriented with strong confidentiality awareness
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
