What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple property-related entities.
Support payment processing and AP, including invoice processing and payment runs.
Complete accurate transaction coding, bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping tasks across personal and business entities.
Maintain inter-entity loan balances and process distributions.
Reconcile and allocate commissions from source to the appropriate entities/accounts.
Process routine payroll for salaried staff
Key Criteria
3+ years of relevant bookkeeping experience, with a strong background in property bookkeeping or property accounting, ideally within a commercial property environment.
Previous experience within a private wealth management environment is strongly preferred.
Confident managing inter-entity accounting, loan accounts, and distributions.
Experience working with commission-based revenue and commission reconciliations.
Proficiency with Commpay is a plus
Work setup
Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6 AM - 3 PM (PHT) fully onsite during the probation period, with the potential to transition to a hybrid setup thereafter.
Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City): 8 AM - 5 PM (VNT) fully onsite during the probation period, with the potential to transition to a hybrid setup thereafter.
