Planning, performing and implementing process improvement/ process development for assigned projects/ requirements from Line Manager/ Board of Director, including but not limited to preparation for system implementation, documentation if required;
Be expert to apply knowledge of business process modelling notations to documenting processes;
Analyze current processes, historical information and related data to recommend optimized solutions in an effort to improve quality and customer experience;
Provide post implementation support to troubleshoot processes' problems if any;
Establish performance indicators to monitor and measure process performance;
Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with relevant departments including process owners, functional and technical team members and users..., especially with relevant management levels i.e. Deputy Managers, Head of Departments;
Prepare regular reports following requirement of Process Analysis Deputy Manager, support other tasks assigned by Process Analysis Deputy Manager;
Support other team members in process management and the team goals.
