1. Job Purpose
Drive enterprise-wide process automation by leveraging workflow automation, AI-powered automation, and system integration technologies to eliminate manual work, improve operational efficiency, and increase process reliability.
2. Key Responsibilities
Process Assessment & Optimization
• Analyze, document, and redesign business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, Planning, Production, Quality, and Maintenance.
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.
Workflow Automation Development
• Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows integrating ERP, SAP, MES, databases, email systems, and enterprise applications.
• Build event-driven automation solutions triggered by operational and business events.
System Integration
• Integrate enterprise systems using APIs, web services, webhooks, and middleware platforms.
• Ensure seamless information flow between business and manufacturing systems.
AI-Powered Automation
• Implement AI-assisted document processing, approval workflows, reporting automation, procurement workflows, and operational monitoring.
• Develop intelligent workflows capable of decision support and exception handling.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor automation performance, reliability, and business impact.
• Continuously optimize automation workflows to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Yêu cầu
Mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Automation, RPA, or System Integration.
• Strong expertise in APIs, Webhooks, Integration Architecture, and Workflow Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, n8n, UiPath, Make, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to design AI-enabled business workflows.
Preferred
• Python, JavaScript, and SQL skills.
• SAP, ERP, and manufacturing process knowledge.
• BPMN and process improvement experience.
