Process Engineer (English Speaking) - Former Thai Binh - Up To 33M

Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience: 3+ years of manufacturing and process engineering experience.
Attention to Detail: Able to be alert in a high-risk environment; follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data; carefully monitor gauges, instruments, orders, processes; concentrate on routine work details and organize and maintain a system of records.
Commitment to Task: Able to take responsibility for actions and outcomes and persist despite obstacles; be available around the clock in case of emergency; demonstrate dependability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about getting results.
Communication: Able to clearly present information through spoken or written words; read and interpret complex information; talk with customers or clients; listen well. Must be competent in Vietnamese and English. Chinese is optional.
Decision Making & Problem Solving: Able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues; able to reason, even when dealing with emotional topics; review facts and weigh options.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to write effective and persuasive documents in Vietnamese and English. Conversational English is required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Strong mathematical acumen.
REASONING ABILITY: Requires the Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations simultaneously in an environment in which standardization is limited.
Applicants must possess the ability to make solid strategic decisions based on market data, customer and vendor feedback, experience, and Company direction.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Requires the ability to operate a computer and keyboard. Applicants must be skilled in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
