Mô tả công việc

Technology :
• Process: independently analyze and set process parameters, design DOE and solve process difficulties.
• Device: a. Familiar with the principle and function of PVD hardware; b. Can assist in analyzing and solving common PVD device anomalies.
• Manufacturing process: familiar with the manufacturing process of all sections of PVD, able to solve process problems, able to formulate process and SOP, assist in fixture design and design schemes.
• Test and analysis: familiar with the operation and principle of conventional test equipment, able to apply test means to analyze common anomalies, can independently conduct FA;
• Guidance work: able to guide technicians/assistant engineers 1 work, technical training.
Item :
• Led the development of medium-sized projects; 2. Assessed project risks and assisted project management; Report project progress;
• Communication :
• Field coordination and communication ability;
• Customer communication skills (Chinese/English);
• Supervise and arrange the work of assistant engineers/technicians
Report :
• Sort out and summarize development reports (Chinese/English);
• Organize and summarize external technical reports;
• Technical training.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in Optical coating, mechanical electronics, materials
• English or Chinese can be used as a working language, Familiarity with Hindi is better.
• Basic principle and application of PVD
• Proficient in Office and other software.
• Strong practical ability.
• Basic learning ability.
• Technical, communication and reporting skills (see job description for details);
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and practical spirit.
• Minimum prior related working experience required 2 years
