Mô tả công việc

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the manufacturing industry and a deep understanding of process engineering principles. The Process Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes. They will also work closely with other members of the engineering team to develop new products and improve existing processes.

Analyze and solve process problems.
Conduct process audits and make recommendations for improvement.
People development & Management
Stay up-to-date on the latest process engineering technologies
Accountable for factory capacity management and asset planning & management.
Responsible for factory layout optimization.
Lead Productivity monitoring & optimization strategies while ensuring capability meets the flexible demand plans.
Drive Industrial 4.0, Lean initiatives, VSM, Kaizen and other continuous improvement activities.
Lead TPM [Total Productive Maintenance] implementation at factory to ensure OEE targets are achieved.
Participate on Value Analysis & Value Engineering [VAVE] workshops & share lesson learned from Manufacturing.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's Degree or similar Qualification in Engineering domain
4-6 Years of relevant experience, prefer experiences in Mechanical manufacturing process, like Die Casting, Machining, Heat Treatment, Painting, Assembly etc.
Understand technological processes in mechanical processing.
Have deep knowledge and experience in Aluminum Die-Casting, Mold, Furnace.
Have knowledge and experience in CNC machining, robot and Automation.
Background in Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing is plus point.
Background in Total productive maintenance practices.
Good understanding of ROI, Budgeting
Good Knowledge on FMEA, Process Capability, PDCA, APQP, PPAP.
Good verbal & written communication skills on English and Vietnamese, Chinese language skill is an advantage.
Strong Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is a strong listener with willingness to consider various viewpoints with an insatiable thirst to learn, explore and deliver.
Ability to dig deep and stick to tight deadlines.
Initiative, teamwork, and collaboration in matrix environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and give direction whilst being effectively and persuasively at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill with requisite interpersonal skills to partner, collaborate and build relationships with regional teams.
Customer focused, active responsive, and action oriented to meet partner needs professionally.
