Responsibilities

Process management includes the following activities: developing and managing the process framework, monitoring, auditing, and directing process improvements. Specifically:

Developing and updating the Company's process framework in alignment with the APQC international standard.
Reviewing, analyzing, and optimizing the process framework to ensure logic, systematic structure, simplicity, and ease of implementation.
Formulating quarterly process management plans (covering issuance, auditing, improvement, digitization, and automation) in alignment with the Group's strategic objectives and process management framework; monitoring and directing the implementation of these plans.
Advising business units on process workflows, digitization, and automation.
Supporting process design, implementation, training, and communication activities within business units.
Appraising processes subject to approval at the business unit level.
Managing and updating issued process documentation on management and knowledge-sharing platforms.
Monitoring and evaluating process KPI performance and auditing process compliance within business units.
Consolidating and analyzing process monitoring results; preparing periodic quarterly reports for the Board of Management and the Group's functional divisions, or ad-hoc reports as requested.
Researching, defining requirements for, and implementing digital transformation within process management activities.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Process Management, Quality Assurance (QA), or Internal Auditing
Experience in a B2B environment or a technology-related field
Proficiency in using Bizagi (or similar process modeling software)
Ability to develop AI skills (preferred)
Understanding of enterprise operational management platforms/systems (preferred)
Internal auditor certification or ISO training certification
Strong writing and documentation skills
Basic English proficiency (TOEIC score of 500+)
Open-minded, systematic, and logical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
Data-driven and digital transformation mindset
Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Quality Management, Information Technology, or related fields

Percentage of customer-facing core processes and support processes audited according to plan
Process digitization rate

Timely submission of reports to the Group and the Board of Management
