Process-Mechanical Engineer

Job Description The Process-Mechanical engineer will work directly with the contracted engineering team to perform specific engineering tasks of analysis or test nature in specialized engineering fields of providing facilities engineering and operational support focusing on mechanical systems such as stated below: - Ultra-pure water and wastewater treatment. - Gas system including N2, Forming Gas (H2-N2), 02 and Argon. - HVAC Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning and Cleanroom Systems. - Oil Free compressed Air and Vacuum systems - Chilled and Process Cooling Water plant. - Exhaust and Pumps systems, - Owning safety within an area of influence ensuring systems operate reliably to avoid manufacturing/facility or operations impacts by meeting uptime goals. - Effective collaboration with construction and operations teams to coordinate work in the field overlooking projects to meet design criteria, scope, budget, and schedule oversight of planning, design, reconfiguration, and construction. - Maintenance and modifications to equipment, machinery, and facilities systems as required to support business requirements. - Delivering operational efficiency, maintenance, testing, and commissioning solutions. - Identify and implement opportunities to achieve the lowest cost of ownership to key stakeholders while maintaining reliability, - Collaboration with the Site Facility management team, suppliers, key stakeholders, and through an in-depth understanding of the operating systems to determine and ensure compliance with existing standards, specifications, building codes, and processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Process Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum of 3 years experience in the chemical process or mechanical fields. - Skill - Proven experience in the practical application of mechanical engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and troubleshooting skills. - Design - Knowledge of Industrial Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. - Proven experience in Process-Mechanical such as Compressed air system, HVAC Cleanroom system, Vacuum system, Cooling water system, Exhaust/pump system, Ultra-pure water, Wastewater treatment, and Gas systems. - A candidate who is equipped with experience in process-mechanical system management skills will be an added advantage. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and must be willing to work effectively as an individual with minimal direction and as part of a larger team.
