Overview
You will be leading end-to-end transformation of business processes across P&G Vietnam by leveraging data, analytics, and automation. This role will drive productivity, improve decision-making, and enable scalable digital capabilities aligned with business priorities in Beauty and broader categories.
Roles & Responsibilities
A. Transformation Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute the process transformation roadmap aligned to Vietnam business priorities and strategies.
Identify high-impact opportunities across functions (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance).
Partner with
business leaders to co-own transformation initiatives and embed digital-first thinking.
B. Data-Driven Decision Enablement
Champion the use of data, dashboards, and advanced analytics to improve business decisions.
Develop and scale single sources of truth (data models, semantic layers).
Enable self-service analytics capabilities for business teams.
C. Automation led Process transformation
Identify and implement automation opportunities (RPA, workflows, data solutions) using Power platform, blue prism and other RPA solutions available.
Eliminate/Reduce/redesign manual processes via this automated solution to reduce manual effort required.
D. Cross-Functional Integration
Work across IT, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to standardize and optimize processes.
Ensure solutions are integrated, scalable, and reusable across markets where applicable.
Collaborate with regional/global teams to leverage existing platforms and best practices.
E. Change Management & Adoption
Lead change management, training, and capability-building initiatives.
Ensure sustained adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
Build a strong culture of data-driven & digital first decision-making.
F. Governance & Performance Tracking
Ensure IT solution development and deployment are done using best practices and safe P&G infosec / privacy guidelines.
Define KPIs and track transformation impact (productivity, efficiency, ROI).
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in digital transformation / process automation / improvement, Data analytics or automation
Experience in FMCG or similar fast-paced industries preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong capability on:
Data analytics (Power BI, SQL, Databricks semantic models, etc.)
Automation tools (Power Automate, RPA, AI solutions)
Experience delivering end-to-end digital/automation solutions on a scale.
Leadership & Stakeholder Skills
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
Strong project/program management capabilities.
Experience leading change management and adoption at scale.
Mindset & Behaviors
Data-first and outcome-driven mindset.
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking.
Agile, entrepreneurial, and able to operate in ambiguity.
High ownership and accountability.
