Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate with Facility and Maintenance team to prepare the layout and facility things before starting validation.
- Prepare kick off meeting with the CORE team (QA, PRO, MAIN. ) to define method factors need to validate during validating the machine or process.
- Installation Qualification (IQ): Coordinate with the Process Design and Industrialization Engineer to check the installation items and function of the machinery, Tooling, and equipment meet design concept.
- Operation Qualification (OQ): Coordinate with machine Supplier and Maintenance to adjust machine to achieve the target cycle time . Coordinate with Quality and Production to define risks from the machine which cause quality risk for product.
- Design of Experiment (DOE): Coordinate with QA and Production to plan, conduct, analyze and evaluate factors from machine will impact to the product's quality requirement and then defined parameters for machine setting.
- Performance Qualification (PQ): Coordinate with Quality, Production and Maintenance team fixing machine parameter that can produce good product ensuring quality and output target as defined. making run and rate and preparing for machine, line is readiness for internal audit and trial run.
- Coordinate Lab. Engineer to perform MSA, R&R for new equipment or machines.
- Prepare the IQ, OQ, PQ and DOE report.
- Prepare PFC and PFMEA for new machine and production line.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Project Manager ordering enough RM during validation new machine or process.
- Handle RM scrap during validation process to avoid fake stock when handover to mass production.
- Update lesson learn during Validate new machine and process.
- Ensure Machine and tooling is stable and good quality to handover to mass production.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have a bachelor degree in engineering, majoring in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical or equivalent experience - Have 1-2 years of experience in the similar position in manufacturing company
- Understanding basic mechanical, electrical drawing.
- Have good knowledge about Manufacturing industry.
- Priority if have knowledge about validation core tools (MSA, R&R, etc...), Process documentation (FMEA, PFC, etc...)
- Use basic PLC, programing or Solidworks.
