Vision First Consulting Group is a fast-growing education and migration agency based in Melbourne and other cities in Australia and in Ho Chi Minh City. We are looking for a full-time permanent position as Processing Officer to join our busy team. Your work location is at our Ho Chi Minh City branch.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Communicating effectively with clients and other team members for data and enquiries regarding to school enrolments, visa and other types of applications
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications and school enrolments
- Filing and managing our existing information database and customer relationship management system
- Liaising with schools' enrolment teams or other parties when required
- Fulfilling other tasks and projects assigned by your manager

- Good computer skills and high level of English proficiency
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Customer focused to deliver to a high level of service to customers
- Prior office experience preferred but not essential
- Prior recruiting/ HR experience is also preferred
Salary and Benefits
- Salary from 12,000,000 VND per month (flexible for strong candidates).
