Procurement Assistant Manager

*KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run logistics tenders (transport, warehousing, cold chain, last-mile, freight) from requirement to bid evaluation, with Supply Chain and DC teams.
Negotiate rates, service levels and initial T&Cs during the tender; prepare the award recommendation for approval.
Source and assess logistics suppliers; analyse logistics costs and look for savings.
Work with internal departments, stores and suppliers; follow Vietnamese regulations and MMVN bidding procedures.
Bring fresh ideas to improve how we source, analyse and decide - smarter tools, simpler steps, better results.
Other tasks assigned by the Cost Optimization and Procurement Manager.
*REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
3+ years in procurement or logistics sourcing, with tendering experience.
Good understanding of transportation and warehouse/DC operations.
Strong negotiation, communication
Excel skills and data analysis
Business English
Curious, creative and proactive; a can-do team player.
Experience with a procurement system (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Zycus, Ivalua...); retail/FMCG or cold chain background;
Certificate such as FIATA, CIPS;... (nice to have)
Working Time:
8h30 - 17h30 Monday to Friday
