Procurement Associate (Full-Time/Nha Trang)

We are looking for an associate with good English skills to assist the company to grow our strategic sourcing services and export business to the US market. The associate's responsibilities include working directly with US clients supporting strategic sourcing event, and talking with Vietnamese manufacturers, buying goods, materials, and services at competitive prices. Once the clients bought products from Vietnam, then communicating directly with US customers to ensure the schedule and quality of orders from the beginning to the end of shipment. The company will provide training, we just need smart, and adventurous individual who want to explore new areas.
● Support Request for Proposal (RFP) process with US customers, understanding requirements, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts.
● Receive purchasing information requests from US customers.
● Buying a wide range of goods and services at competitive prices based on customer requirements.
● Conduct supplier appraisal and evaluation, including interviews, evaluation, and comprehensive assessments to ensure suppliers meet international customer standards.
● Get accustomed to the product design process, including receiving customer design files, translating and sending them to Vietnamese suppliers, supporting in the process of making samples, evaluating samples, and moving into mass production.
● Regularly update information via email/message between customers and suppliers so that the purchasing process goes smoothly and quickly.
● Support contract signing process in both English and Vietnamese. Actively negotiate on behalf of the client
● Receive purchase order requests from customers, and make quotation requests to send to manufacturers.
● Talk directly with US customers to ensure accurate communication of purchase order to suppliers.
● Capability to work closely with logistics partners to support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and LCL, and track shipments to destination.
● Conduct shipment evaluation as necessary to ensure product quality
● Manage progress, time, and delivery schedules.
