Maestro Vietnam is a design & build and project management company specializing in high-end interior fit-out and construction projects. We are looking for a motivated Procurement Officer to join our growing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Source suppliers and subcontractors for construction and fit-out projects
• Request and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up material delivery schedules
• Coordinate with Project, QS, and Technical teams to ensure procurement requirements are met
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery status, and material quality
• Maintain procurement records, supplier database, and cost comparisons
• Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements

🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Construction, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in construction/interior fit-out industry
• Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Good command of Excel and procurement documentation
• Good English communication
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
