- Purchase Order Management: Handle the
purchasing and supply of products, materials, and equipment for various business divisions.
- PO Issuance: Create and issue purchase orders (POs) for products, materials, subcontractors, and other business requirements.
- PO Review: Review open purchase orders and ensure all back-end documentation is accurate and complete.
- Logistics Coordination: Update incoming permits for logistics, ensuring proper matching with finance for GST reconciliation.
- Order Tracking: Monitor and track orders, including freight and supply chain activities, to proactively identify and resolve potential bottleneck issues.
- PO Management Support: Address and resolve any issues related to purchase order management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing and logistics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill is a must, especially in English to support the Singapore team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
