Mô tả công việc
Position: Procurement Officer (Global Market Focus)
Location: IDOPlex, TT16, Tam Dao, Ward 15, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City. May work at the factory when necessary (Company provides transportation for employees).
*This position is also open to export-import experts who have a career goal (with passion and knowledge) in procurement and want to shift their career to become procurement experts!
Ensure the procurement process is followed as per company regulations, including receiving requests, searching for and selecting suitable suppliers, negotiating prices, drafting contracts, and maintaining records.
Monitor contract execution, collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to address any issues or complaints regarding products or services.
Continuously search for and manage supplier and product lists to promptly meet procurement needs.
Conduct regular supplier evaluations (at least once a year).
Actively participate in trade fairs and exhibitions to stay updated on market trends and find new, suitable suppliers.
Prepare periodic progress reports.
Perform other tasks as required by management and the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu
College degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement position.
Proficient in English (4 skills).
Experience in handling import procedures and import documents (without relying on an import-export department).
Experience in procuring materials and products within the food category.
Quick and proactive in work management and organization.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
