Procurement Officer (Marketing Services)

SCOPE OF WORK
The Procurement Officer is responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Executing the sourcing requests from all the different business units across the company.
Supporting with Purchase Requests and issuance of Purchase Orders.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and recommending products and services to be purchased.
Complying and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records in the Procurement system.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Conducting tender and preparing bid analysis and recommendation of award.
Drafting contracts and liaising with legal department to finalize the contracts. Negotiating with suppliers for the best terms and conditions to protect the interest of the company.
Maintaining good relations with supplier and business units.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers and building up approved suppliers list for the assigned categories.
Preparing reports, procedures, and documentations for contractual and audit compliance.
Conducting category analysis and deriving strategies to achieve maximum cost efficiency and process streamlining for the company.
Work with team members and procurement manager to complete other duties as assigned.
