Mô tả công việc
Manage Purchase orders from issuing to receiving material based on customer demand and following ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX).
Get quotation, compare options and propose suitable option to decide buy from which supplier.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers in Local and Oversea to get best condition for the company;
Follow up with purchase order/contract schedule to make sure all goods are delivered on time, activities contact to supplier for changing schedule when manufacturing order changes.
Work on updating information related to suppliers: capacity, product, delivery time, after-sales services, payment methods, forecast....
Monitor and document of payments to supplier based on the terms in the contract;
Coordinate with other departments to solve for those issues related to purchased goods such as: Quality, Production, Engineering...to meet full product shipment delivery.
Make/summarize weekly/monthly report for supplier performance (delivery, quality, service) and inventory status and give action plans for improvements.
Other tasks as instructed and assigned by Procurement manager/supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degreein Economic, Supply Chain field or related field;
At least 2 years experiences in Procurement, Sourcing or Supply Chain in general;
Ability to negotiate, establishand administer contracts;
Can communicate in English;
Good at computer skills;
Prefer candidate livein Binh Duong or can move to Binh Duong.

Probation time: 2 months with 100% salary
Budget training (yearly) for your own
Professional internal/ external training
Working time: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 16:45)
Rotating Saturday09 days/ yearfor 1st year. [protected info] on Sat .From 2nd year it would be 06 days/ year.
Colleagues: Friendly and well cooperate.
