- Early involvement on purchase request pre-reviews and drafting.
- Initiate procurement strategies to ensure suitable procurement method has been applied to come up with unquestionable procurement results.
- Contract process and execution support.
- Facilitates alignment meetings with internal and external partners to ensure efficient procurement and effective project implementation.
- Vendor management and partnership improvements.
- Vendor accreditation support
- Ensure execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Procurement, Finance, and stakeholder
- Vet the quality and reliability of the vendors
- Compare vendor costs against available budget and industry benchmarks
- Lead or support vendor negotiations to secure cost savings
- Submit Purchase Orders and legal contracts for internal review and approval
- Ensure sufficient qualified vendor pool available at any given time.
- Evaluate current vendor performances and identify improvement opportunities.
